Med School Mentionables: Johns Hopkins, Michigan, SUNY Upstate

A few items of note for medical school applicants at the beginning of your admissions season:

  •  The SUNY Upstate admissions chat transcript should be posted by the end of the week.
  • The date of the University of Michigan medical school admissions chat  with Dr. Robert Ruiz has been changed to June 13 at 5:00 PM. Please mark your calendars.
  • Johns Hopkins recently announced the receipt of a "transformational gift" from Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in memory of Sheikh Khalifa’s late father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Most of the gift will be used for the construction of The Johns Hopkins Hospital’s new cardiovascular and critical care tower; the remainder will be used for research.
Don't forget: Accepted is offering the early-birds among you a 10% discount this month. If you purchase Accepted's medical school editing services on or before May 31, you can save 10%.
