Penn Extends No Loan Zone

Penn has decided to extend its "no-loan" zone to all students whose families earn less than $60,000 per year. These students will receive grants in place of loans.

 IN approving this new financial aid policy, Penn is attempting to achieve greater socio-economic diversity among its students...and match some of the other elite colleges that are moving to an all-grants financial aid program for those with in the lowest income categories.
