AAMC Appeals California MCAT Ruling

A California judge ruled last week that the AAMC has to meet California standards of disability in providing accommodations for MCAT test-takers. The California standard is more stringent than the national one. AAMC has decided to appeal the decision and the decision is stayed pending the outcome of the appeal. For more details please see:
