MBA News of Note: Stanford GSB, Duke Fuqua

A few valuable pieces of information for those interested in Stanford GSB's or Duke Fuqua's MBA programs:

  1. Stanford GSB just received a  $30 million gift, the largest in its history, from Anne T. and Robert M. Bass. This gift will fund, among other tasks, fund Bass seminars, seminars with a maximum of 20-30 students that frequently delve into a multi-disciplinary topic. The gift will also be used for a matching funds program that will grow the Stanford endowment.
  2. Fantastic interview with Megan Lynam, Associate Director for Marketing and Admissions for Fuqua's full-time MBA program at Pagalguy, which claims to be the largest MBA forum in India. If you are applying to Fuqua, read this interview.
