    NYU School of Law is ranked 4th in the 2007 US News Law School rankings, not 5th as your list states above.

    note from the detail police: in the b-school rankings, MIT and Kellogg are actually tied at #4 — there was no #5, just as there is technically no #8 as two schools tied for #7.
