As a result of problems with its recommendation module, Wharton is providing alternative means for recommenders trying to submit recommendations before the R1 Oct. 13 (Thursday) deadline. At this time, it is NOT granting an extension of the deadline. For more details see "Latest Round 1 Application News."
While I am sure these problems are a headache for both applicants and recommenders, I commend Wharton for dealing with the problem promptly and with its customary openness. Again, if you want to stay posted or have questions, keep your eye on the adcom blog and Wharton’s Student-2-Student Forum.
